To mark the launch of Dialogue 6 x Studio Franck Horvat, Fisheye invites photographer Sylvie Bonnot to offer a behind-the-scenes look at a residency that reimagines our relationship with the archive. How can we bring images from the past to life through a resolutely contemporary lens? How can we transform the archive into a living source of creativity?
Invited by the Planches Contact Festival—an associate curator of Dialogue 6—Sylvie Bonnot will reflect on her immersion at Studio Franck Horvat in Paris, the research she conducted in Normandy for her new series Concordances des liens, and the publication produced with Process that will further this work.
This exclusive event offers a chance to discover the early stages of a groundbreaking project, ahead of its culmination in an exhibition associated with Paris Photo and Photo Days, running concurrently with the artist’s solo exhibition presented at the Planches Contact Festival in Deauville.
