Biography
Lior Gal is a Franco-Israeli artist who moved to Paris at the age of 21, where he studied photography at the MJM school. He collaborated with JSVCprojects (Paris) and was represented by the Lebenson gallery. Lior Gal’s practice includes photography and the installation of what can be called photographic objects within architectural space, as well as specific interventions outdoors. He has developed a personal way of traveling. He has exhibited in several countries around the world (Israel, United States, Italy, Ukraine, Germany...). Over the past few years, he has made several trips to India, including a residency at Emami Art Calcutta in 2023, and his current work is a direct extension of this experience. He also has ongoing projects with the Kira Foundation. A Princess of Prussia Foundation.
